I really enjoyed my very nice stay on my vacation. The staff were excellent and competent all the time. Had an updated and neat room with fridge, the oven, and I couldn't ask for more. A microwave and a toaster worked well.

This place is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the airport and is close to everything in the area.

Incredibly beautiful and quiet hotel, excellent base for 1 night in Manchester. Fantastic, incredible location in an urban area. The rooms - updated, neat with 2 queen beds and the oven, for example. Excellent and competent staff throughout. Well-maintained swimming pool area and warm breakfast with bacon and also different hot offerings.

Spacious 1 bedroom King suite with a separate living area. TV in both rooms. Clean, big bathroom. Convenient location near airport and shopping/restaurants. Nice artwork. No issues with billing or reservations.

The venue is a bit run down, but it offers incredible location and has competent staff. When I am in Manchester, I like staying here.

The room is somewhat small.

The hotel was clean, with great food and perfect views. We stayed in a reasonably large room with an updated and fairly clean bathroom. The staff were eager to help, excellent, and very attentive. They even helped us arrange a shuttle to and from the mall.

The hotel's convenient location next to the airport, restaurants, and mall was great! It was also just a 10-minute drive from Pine Island Pond. The room was spacious and included a private bathroom, microwave oven, and toaster.

The stay and park option at this hotel was fantastic. We were able to easily access a shuttle to the nearby airport and leave our car parked at the hotel for 10 days. Upon our return, calling for a shuttle pick up was convenient and we were safely returned to our car.

The rooms were dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor. This was especially concerning as we were traveling with young children.

The set up of the room, the bed was comfortable, there were plenty of pillows and the breakfast options were great.

There were kids running and making a bunch of noise late at night on the floor above us.

Room was very nice...bed comfortable ....

No jacuzzi ...pool water was way too cold and it was murky....looked like water needed treatment
